Carol the head chef and founder has over 25 years of experience as a chef she has travelled all over the world professionally and is always eager to learn about new, interesting tastes and traditional cooking techniques which of course are implemented in her eclectic cuisine. She has worked in hotels, restaurants and on luxury yachts but found her niche in bespoke private catering in Serre Chevalier Valley.
